Last updated: October 18, 2026
These companies process personal data or customer data for us to run the Services. Each is bound by a contract with data protection terms at least as protective as our Data Processing Addendum.
| Company | Purpose | Data | Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services, Inc. | Hosting of the website, the API and the monitor database; queues; backups; key management | All service data, including monitor call records | EU (Stockholm, eu-north-1) |
| MongoDB, Inc. (Atlas) | Website database: accounts, chats, comparisons, transactions | Account data, website content you submit | EU (Frankfurt, hosted on AWS) |
| Cloudflare, Inc. | DNS, TLS and network protection in front of tryaii.com and api.tryaii.com | Traffic in transit, IP addresses | Global edge network |
| Google LLC | Sign-in with Google; Google Analytics (only after you accept analytics cookies) | Name, email, profile picture; pseudonymous usage events | USA |
| PayPal, Inc. | Payments for prepaid credits | Payment and order data | USA |
| Our email provider (SMTP) | Account and payment emails | Name, email address, message content | EU / USA |
| OpenAI, Anthropic, Google (Gemini), xAI, Mistral AI, DeepSeek | Answering the prompts you send on tryaii.com chat and compare, to the models you choose | The prompts and conversation you send to that model | USA; Mistral AI: France; DeepSeek: China |
Model providers receive only what you send to their model on tryaii.com. The tryaii command-line tool and SDK call model providers directly from your computer with your own keys; TryAii is not in that path.
