Acceptable Use Policy

1. Content and model use

Do not use the Services to create, send or store:

• content that sexualizes minors, or any content that is illegal where you or the recipient are;
• malware, phishing, spam, or instructions meant to cause serious physical harm;
• content that harasses, threatens or incites violence against people or groups;
• personal data you have no right to process, or content that infringes someone else's rights.

When you use a provider's model through tryaii.com, that provider's usage policy also applies (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, Mistral AI, DeepSeek). Do not use model output for fully automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people without human review.

2. The Services

Do not:

• try to get into accounts, systems or data that are not yours, or test our security without our written permission;
• overload the Services, work around rate limits, or scrape them beyond the published API;
• share, sell or publish your keys, or resell the Services without our written agreement;
• send the monitor API data it is not meant for (prompt or response text, credentials, personal data in application or process names);
• impersonate others or misrepresent where content came from.

3. Enforcement and reports

We may remove content, revoke keys or suspend an account that breaks this policy, as the Terms of Use describe. Report abuse or a security issue to [email protected].
